Scott Massey

Mr. Massey graduated from Southern Methodist University in 1981 with a degree in Real Estate Finance. Mr. Massey has been in the real estate industry since 1979 starting as a broker in the Dallas Ft Worth area. Since that time Mr. Massey has been involved in leasing, purchasing and sales of real estate property. The majority of Mr. Massey's business has been in the commercial and single family lot developmet.

Steve Massey

Mr. Massey has degrees from Duke Unicersity (Management Science 1975) and the University of Florida School of Law (J.D 1978 and Masters in Taxation 1979). Mr. Massey started in the Real Estate business as a principal in the Codina Group which was a developer of comercial properties. Mr. Massey also started, managed and ran the Riverside Alternative Fixed Asset Fund which invested $250M primerily in Florida property tax lien certificates. Mr. Massey has been a practicing CPA and is a licensed Florida practicing attorney.
